Proof of Identification
We will require you to bring a form of identification I.e. Passport, Driving licence or Provisional to prove you are 18 and over, following the UK Law October 2022. Failure to do so will result in you're appointment being cancelled. We do not accept photos taken of identification, only physical.
Flying after treatment
By accepting these terms you can confirm you will make us aware should you be flying out of the country within 7 days of treatment. We advise you stay in the country should complications arise. You will be asked to sign a waiver.
Plus ones
We do allow plus ones, however they will not be allowed in the treatment room. Children are not permitted at any time, if you bring anyone under the age of 18 they will be asked to leave.
Practitioners
Some members of staff are self employed and act as a third party to CosmeticA. They have been personally vetted to guarantee safe and ethical practice. CosmeticA is not liable for these members of staff.
Prescription
If you book in a prescription treatment, such as Anti Wrinkle treatments or dermal filler dissolving you will be liable for a cancellation charge to cover the cost of the product once your booking has been confirmed.
Please note
If you currently take any medication that may affect your treatment, please get in touch prior to your appointment to avoid disappointment of cancelling your appointment.
If you have received IPL, Laser, Chemical Peels and micro needling, you will be unable to have treatment until your two weeks post treatment.
